Does the job

A really nice wrench compared to the simple forged all-metal ones. Very ergonomic and nice to hold. Also provides some extra grip in wet situations.

Good wrench
»
There is nothing truly special about this wrench. It does what it is supposed to do. The grips are comfortable, the size scale could be of use in some circumstances and there is very little play in the adjusting mechanism. I have not had the opportunity to test its strength or durability. Otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars. This review also applies to the 6 inch version of this wrench.

Easy Operation

This wrench is comfortable to grip, easy to set to nut size, and solid enough for the residential weekend handyman. All in all, a good wrench at a very reasonable price.

$21.70 for maxgrip

Since I didn't own any tools, I didn't have to replace any with Stanley's maxgrip line. These tools are more comfortable in the hand like OXO good grips items.

The way hand tools ought to be

I'm not a big tool junkie, but there's no mistaking the quality of these tools. All the MaxGrip tools I've tried have been outstanding, and this one was no different. They're rock-solid and extremely comfortable. You'll never want to use a tool with bare-metal handles again.
