« Astounding results! »

Although it takes a while, this clay is a great product. The surface, which I thought was pretty smooth, became like glass. Well worth the effort.

« Nevered Received Item »

Received notice that they could not deliver because i was not home, which is fine. I went to call the number left by onetrac after second notice. When I couldn't get a hold a them and then recieved notice that item is being return due to an undeliverable address and was refunded to cost but not the shipping cost and i am not happy about this at all.

But back to the product, i went out and bought it at another store and used it on my truck and it worked great. It is a time consuming process but leave the paint smoother than glass, would recommend to anyone.

This stuff is fantastic! I used on an 2002 chevy truck that had been waxed twice in 8 years, and seldom washed. I washed the truck as per instructions and then used the clay bar. Amazing the amount of stuff, dirt and debris, that came off. Then I waxed with the recommended wax and now we have a brand new paint job. I cannot say enough good about this.

I am now a clay bar addict. I am going today to buy more so we can clay bar our farm equipment. I might open my own detailing shop, this is so easy to use and has such fabulous results it would be the easiest job ever.

« Can cause scratches »

This is going to a brief review. I tried clay bars after reading all the rave reviews on them. I think that claying helps with removing a good amount of the contaminants lodged on the surface and gives it a smoother finish that can be felt with the hand which will bring a smile to your face.

On the other hand these contaminants transferred to the clay or in the paint cause scratches even when using a generous amount of the lubricant and rubbing carefully. I have frequently noticed new scratches just after I clayed my car. This did not bring a smile to my face. I had to spend extra time and effort polishing and waxing to get rid of these new scratches. I followed the exact instructions posted on the product but was not able to avoid these scratches.

I think that either the directions and usage conditions need to be specified with more exactness OR the whole idea of claying is flawed.

« Good product for the $ »

Other than the fact it comes with nothing to store the clay in after use my only complaint is I dont like the smell of the Shotime QD. Did a good job though.
