« Nice set, but poor quality birdies & stakes »
This is a good set overall for the price. The poles are sturdy and the net quality is good. The rackets are also well made, but not comparable to higher-end rackets. The carrying case is nice for mobility and storage. The birdies are poor in quality; the bottom cone popped out after a few hard hits on the 1st hour of use. The stakes are weak and when inserted on hard clay ground, can easily break and bend. Our stakes were shot after 2nd instllation and had to order new ones. Be careful while driving them into the ground and do not pull too hard. The warranty period in only 30 days, not very comforting!

« One of the best folding »
Thea weakness in most higher end consumer systems is the poles. The plastic poles simply do not cut it, they bend, etc. This set has aluminum poles and high grade fitments and is a very good set, will stand up to more than one setting.

« Not worth the money »
I purchased this Badmitten set for husband birthday and the first time using the handles fell off. So, I sent and email and they sent a whole new set, but now I have two to return. The second time out the rest of handles fell off??? Lot of money for cheap set!
    Thanks,
    Janie

    « Almost great.... »
I thought this was a lot to pay for a badminton set, but after reading reviews of cheaper options, I figured I'd go for it; I wanted it to last longer than one season! For the most part it's fine, the poles are thick and won't break on you. They're shorter than I thought, but what do I know about professional badminton? They shipped an additional rope to mark your out-of-bounds, which I found unnecessary. My only REAL quibble is with the racquets... the handle of one unwound right after opening, so now that one is covered in duct tape.

Otherwise, fine. Pretty sturdy and I know it will take us into 2011 or 12!

« Part great, part bad »
I received the order tilmely and well packaged. Set up was relatively easy except for the "boundry rope" being hopelessly tangled. The net and poles are strong, sturdy and well designed and are the great part. The racquets are the "bad part". The grips came apart after only 2 hours of use. I have glued (they were never glued at manufacture) and taped them back on and thaey are now at least useable but am not sure how long they will last since the material appears to be of poor quality also. For the price, I expected better. However, my biggest concern making the purchace without actually seeing the set was the quality and sturdiness of the net system. It (at least for now ) appears to be excellent !
