« Don't buy what you can get for free »

The other reviewer is right- just contact the agency that issued your EZ Pass and they will send out new strips for free. This took all of about 2 minutes on the phone.

« FREE OR NOT NOT »

The Illinois Ipass you can get for free. Maybee not free time,gas and more tolls to go to a location that has them. They do not mail them and the tollway I use does not have any place to get them. So I would have to go way out of my way to get them more gas and I would have to pay more tolls to get there. So thanks for selling them for less then it would cost me to go get them for free.

« Identical To NJ EZPass »

These 3M dual-lock strips are identical 1.5" strips to original EZ Pass, comments about "nearly the same quality" and length being shorter are wrong. Comments about getting them free from customer service are also true for some states, but if you want something fast $4 is not much to pay. Overall, vendor delivers exactly what is promised.

« Not worth 5 bucks »

I called ezpass and tried to get free strip but couldnt figure out how to get it so i gave up and bought these strips. They send you almost the same quality velcro as the one ezpass sends you just a little less quality...BUT they say they send you 4 strips (enough for 2 cars) but there very short and only enough for one car...not worth it and wouldnt suggest it for anyone

« Get for free elsewhere »

I looked at getting these. While i am sure they would work just fine you can get them free from the customer service center that services your pass.

Quote from viginia's mounting instructions for my ezpass:

"The transponder may be removed by lifting any one corner with sufficient pressure to separate the Dual Lock(tm) strips.
Do not remove the Dual Lock(tm) strips and reuse them. Please obtain new strips from the Customer Service Center."
