The GOsmart™ Tri-Axis Pocket Pedometer (HJ-303) is simple to use and easy to set-up. Best of all, it works in any position. It’s the first GOsmart™ pedometer that accurately measures straight up and down, at an angle, on its side, and even completely flat.

It is more advanced than pedometers that use a simple pendulum design. The 3D Smart Sensor, the brain inside the GOsmart™, knows exactly when you’re taking a step. It filters out non-walking movements so you know your step count is accurate.

What is Smart Sense Technology?
GOsmart™ Pedometers by Omron feature Smart Sense technology. Instead of using a simple pendulum mechanism (the clicking you hear on most pedometers), GOsmart™ pedometers use advanced acceleration sensors. These sensors know exactly when you are taking a step and filter out non-walking movements so you know your count is accurate.

« Omron HJ-303 GoSmart Tri-Axis Pocket Pedometer »

I wear the pedometer everyday. Either attached to my pants or attached to my blouse. After wearing the pedometer for a few days I was really surprised how few steps I was taking daily. I now try to walk further each day. The pedometer is very accurate. It took me a few hours to figure out the display - instructions could be clearer (for me). I delete the total of steps walked after 7 days and then attempt to exceed that amount each week.

It's a great pedometer. It's silent and it can be carried and secured several ways. I don't think I'll ever lose this pedometer like I lost my last one. Also, I love that it resets itself every night and keeps the numbers for the last 7 days. Definitely worth it.

« Time changes randomly day to day »

I bought this for my husband a few weeks ago & he loved it; until the time started randomly changing. Instead of 1:00pm it would be 10:33am and so forth. Has anyone else had this problem? I returned it but he wants to try another one.

This pedometer is the best. It is small and doesn't fall off like the larger oval ones. I can put it on my belt or pants upside down and am able to look to see how I am doing without taking it off. Very accurate.

« Great pedometer »

It is accurate, dependable. My co-worker also bought one and loves it. Comes with a strap which you can clip on to keep from losing the pedometer if it falls off your belt. Works well in your pocket as well as on your belt. Love the moderate walking mode to tell me when I have continuously walked at 2.5 MPH or faster. Zeros out the steps at midnight so it is ready for the next day, but if you want to keep counting the steps over several days, there is a Trip mode that will keep track of your steps over several days until you reset it by holding the CLR button down for a few seconds and pressing it again to clear. All in all, my favorite pedometer and I have tried and I have tried and watched many pedometers stop working after a few weeks. Had this one more than 6 months and it is still going strong.
