« Installation fail »

After the first change of the black cartdridge, the printer started to print with black lines crossing the printed text. Cleaning the heads and aligning did not provide a proper result. The only way to get a proper print was to take out the cartridge and force it, really hard, over the printer. After repeating this process a couple of times, the printer started to print correctly. In the meantime, a lot of ink was spended in the cleaning and alignment processes.

« Great for the Price »

Just as good as oem but a lot cheaper. Printer was unable to read the ink code but ignored it anyway. For home use it is a great buy but not for presentation purposes.

I Had so much trouble trying to get my printer to even recognize the cartridge. Then they would not work other than dump ink in my printer. Junk,Junk,Junk! Do not buy or you will have ink all over you and your machine. What a joke of a product.
